I work with coaches of all experience and certification levels in instruction and evaluation.  I hold the Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) at all 3 levels with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a mentor coach (search my last name).

I am currently enrolled in The Goldvarg Group's Certificación en Supervisión de Coaching (completion in December 2026) and will apply for the ICF Coaching Supervision Specialization (CSS) once completed.

This offering includes aspects of ICF Mentor Coaching, but also Supervision as recognized by ICF and other coaching organizations.  Select this offering only if you are not intending to use these hours for ICF certification purposes.  These hours can be used for credential renewal purposes.

I have a separate Mentor Coaching for ICF Certification offering specifically for you if you are pursuing an new ICF certification, or renewing your ACC, and need to meet ICF Mentor Coaching requirements.  (The difference relates to paperwork requirements.)

How does coaching supervision differ from mentor coaching?
Mentor Coaching focuses on developing coaching skills in relation to the ICF Core Competencies. Coaching Supervision is broader: it provides a confidential, reflective space for coaches to explore ethical judgment, relational and systemic dynamics, professional identity, boundaries, accountability, resilience, and their own patterns and presence in the work.
In short: Mentor Coaching asks, "How is the coach demonstrating coaching competencies?" Coaching Supervision asks, "How is the coach reflecting on the whole of their practice, including ethics, relationships, systems, identity, impact, and sustainability?"
